Selina and the kids are living in Canada, but the restaurant is still there but now called Cafe Goa - check them out on a Sunday morning for the morning brunch webcast. Other good places close by include BarBBarn and Coconuts International. Alfreds is about a 5 minute walk up the beach and they are great for breakfast and people watching!
I would also recommend Canoe Bar, it's really really good!! French press coffee, excellent juice and delicious meals.

Coconut International for lobster omelet with country peppers (nice spice)
Alfred's does a good breakfast and cheap! Ate there almost every morning :)
Just Natural in the deep West End for bomb French toast
Jenny's/C&D bar on the West End for anything breakfast related
Country Country for pretty much anything
Xtabi on the cliffs has THE.BEST.FRENCH.TOAST.EVER!
Charela has great breakfasts. Omlets, fruits, toasts, and croissants. Yum!!!

Go for a beach walk to Country Country. Awesome breakfast ($10 including juice and a carafe of coffee) and beautiful view. Just make sure you're there before 10:30 as no breakfast available 10:30 or later.
Kuyaba as you probably know has a very good lobster omelette but because we stay at Alfred's we usually have breakfast there. Having coffee and watching them set up right now as a matter of fact. Looks like it will be a nice day. Have a great stay.
Treehouse has a fabulous buffet breakfast. Last time I checked it was about $10, but well worth it. You'll be full all day.
All very good suggestions. I don't really have much to add except some photos.

Teddys hideaway located at Blue ave Castle has a decent breakfast that you can eat in the courtyard of BBC. They also have a small covered dinning area. If you ever wanted to check out the BBC property you may want to consider Teddy's.
thanks all, i'm making a list now....
I love breakfast at seastar. Probably because of the service... Barbara is just so sweet every time. We've never stayed there, and I am not a fan of the buffet there, but I think we ate breakfast there more than anywhere else on our last three trips.
The caribbean eggs benedict at PeeWees is to die for, and its not expensive.
Treehouse did have a buffet breakfast...Lots of choices. Good food. And Seastar...Great made to order.
Treehouse buffet is always good. But when I want a change of pace I go next door to Country Country for their Banana Pancakes, YUM!!!!
Banana pancakes at Cafe Goa. I think I had these 3 or 4 times during the week we were there last February. The coffee is excellent too! Walk down to Times Square afterwards to get the day's cash out of the ATM.

I can vouch for Cafe Goa's banana pancakes. Although not much of a "pancake guy", I had them more than once last reach. DELICIOUS!!!!!!!
Add a side of bacon. :)
Grits every morning served with our Jamaican breakfast
We loved our breakfast at Buddy's (Wild Parrot) on the beach. The home fries were great and hubby loved his blueberry french toast.
Since you stay at Kuyaba, you already know their breakfast menu rocks. If you want something different close by, walk a few doors down past Bourbon Beach to Coconut International. Mrs. Angie and Sheldon cook up some awesome breakfast dishes and they are great company. As yamon mentioned, the lobster omelette is very good - my fav. The prices are good too. Enjoy.
What hotel area is Cafe Goa near ???
Just across from Merril's 2 or Yellow Bird. Consult the below map for exact details. Not a bad walk to the roundabout area if you need to head that way.

In town. Behind the car wash, close to the road to the Red Ground is a restaurant that has been there for a while. It has a big front porch and serves a very nice breakfast cheap. Someone Help me out here...As you begin driving west from town, there is a vacant lot where you can turn left and that restaurant is there. THIS IS GOING TO DRIVE ME CRAZY! What is the name of that place??? The Breakfast deal is great for the money.
Thank you for the info on cafe goa location
Nick...which car wash? If you name or describe the road with a bit more detail, I might be able to help. :)
Sitting at Cafe Goa having a big mug of coffee RIGHT NOW! Webcast starting soon...food coming up!! Yummmm!
Nick, Maybe you are thinking of Juicy J's Restaurant down the likkle road by Scotia Bank behind Negril Square? They have a great breakfast, Stella the owner is very nice and has been there for years. Rob, Wish I was at cafe Goa right now having a cup of coffee with you. Enjoy, Dan
Sorry Lisa not awke yet. That's why I need that coffee. Haven't been to the board in a while and forgot Bnewb=Lisa. You are the first person I would want to have coffee with. We miss you guys hope to see you soon.
Dan...XO!
1966 Hippie YES Juicy J's That's IT! Thanks, I can sleep now
Elvis's Jamaican Eggs Benedict at Peewee's is the most amazing breakfast you'll ever have. Not your traditional Benedict. This is Elvis's creation and I must have 25 pictures of it. It will be my last meal if I'm ever sentenced to death.

Lol not the most visually pleasing plate, but I'd give it a go
