Yes! We got through immigration and customs in about 15 minutes in December.
Hi! Ok. Im a lurker... The hubs & I are also flying in Wednesday March 13 (1pmish arrival time?). I'm wondering too about Club MoBay and if it's worth paying for since well, it's a Wednesday arrival? I've no idea about flight tracker nor how to go about purchasing Club MoBay access? Please help the helpless. Any and all info is much appreciated! Thanks so much!
I always say yes to using this service... People are going to start thinking I have stock in the company or something. Honestly, the service is fantastic, you are expedited through everything and if you are not familiar with the airport it is so worth it, particulalry on heavy travel days. It costs just a couple bucks and is well worth it in my opinion.
Thanks Hussyband. How does one go about purchasing Club MoBay tickets/access??
We're very familiar w/MBJ. Been going to JA sicne 1987. The Club MoBay option is new for us and intriguing as hell. Flying through the long lines would be awesome!!
Am trying this on Friday. When your plane lands, where exactly do the Club MoBay people meet you???
We're trying it tomorrow and will report on the full service when we get back. Really looking forward to getting past the lines ie. starting the vacation earlier and ending it later, hassel free.
Negrilgirl... my understaning is that the Club MoBay people will be waiting for us as we leave the plane ("at the bottom of the ramp in the spacious Club MoBay Meeting Point") with a sign holding our name. I'm going to ask questions and head towards immigration until I figure it out.
They met us right at the gate, took us off to the side to check our paperwork, then escorted us right to the front of the line. Very busy the Saturday before Christmas, wait at immigration was well over an hour.
Info is on vipattractions.com, send them an email. They will call you to arrange payment.
You can check flights using flightstats.com, but info is only available for that day and the next two. You can get the arrival service booked on short notice.
They met us at the bottom of the stairs after you exit the jetway.
Thanks everyone!! Razzl
I don't mean to be dense but does this mean that they walk with you down those many hallways that you travel to finally get to the big hall where immigration is or do they meet you at the entrance to that big hall?
Shortly after you depart the plane... Depending on which jetway you come in at, they are there when you are heading into the airport.
Also, when you leave, there is a kiosk just before customs that the rep takes you from to the front of the line.
We used the arrival service yesterday and it probably saved us 15 minutes. I made a few mistakes on customs paper but they didn't care......maybe that is normal? As a first timer to Jamaica it was worth it.
Saeyedoc I'm not real on line savvy and am having trouble finding out how many flights will be landing around the same time mine does! Help please

Thanks captaind!
I set up the arrival/departure package my wife my 12year old son and myself 200 bucks out the door! The thought of passing up the long lines coming and going plus drinks on arrival and departure seems like a steal to me!:)
