19 Days and counting! New to the board but wanted to say helllo!

Hello! My Wife and I will be staying at Seastar April 28-May4. Just thought I would say whats up? This is our 3 time to Negril and we can not wait to get the heck out of Illinois for 8 days! If anyone is going to be around or would like to get together for some drinks let me know. We are both early 30's and have owned our own business Barbecue restaurant for a little over 5 years. Always up for a good time and very easy going. We have a daughter who will not be with us this trip... So yeah we will be enjoying all the island has to offer... Looking forward to hearing from some of you. I imagine leaving work for 8 days feels something like getting out of jail... Can't wait!!!!

Mike, welcome! My wife and I will be in town from 4/27 to 5/4...as well as MANY other people from this board (who, I'm sure you will hear from shortly). A few of them may be staying at seastar with you guys :-). Hope to see you around... we're on the beach, but we hang on the cliffs too..

Welcome Mike , I hope you are ready for party at the Sea Star. Your going to meet a tone of boar dies during your stay there.

Don't get upset at me asking Mike, but, ......if you're gonna be there ....end of April, how is it 19 days and counting?....it's more than that, right?....we leave Mar 21st, and that's 11 days away( as of Sat Mar 9)

Subs... I miss typed. We will be there March 28-april 4th.

I am geeked. We were not ableto make it down last year because of plane ticket prices and other obligations. I had orginally been thinking a week but was able to squeeze in an extra day. I have not told my business partners yet. Hopefully they dont fire me....:p! Thats not going to happen ut they may miss me while I am gone, Good thing I have two awesome managers who will surely be able to keep the ship afloat while we are gone. 15 days till we're out of ****ty Illinois weather! Can't wait!

You may not be going at the time of the boardies annual party, BUT......there is a huge party going on in Negril that Easter Weekend....called West Affair....3 day party......and besides ...Lisa Pat, and I will be at Sea Star and Rootsie is on the beach but will be at Sea Star to party on Sat night.....trust me you will have a blast !!!! Looking forward to having a drink with you both. Robin

I just pay attention.Besides I have been to negril 2 times previously and have a 12 year old daughter who went with us the first time. I know how to be how to keep my businness on the DL. not much of LURKER..

We are looking forward to meeting the three of you! Where are you all from? We live in Peoria IL and can not wait to gwet out of the ****ty weather! Nwegril her we come! 14 days!

Rootsie and I are from Toronto, and LisaPat I believe they are from Florida......
