Me again - trying keep our gang of 8 somewhat calm as we near our long awaited arrival....
What would you budget for the pub crawl for 2?
I was thinking $20 tip, and ..oh... $5pp for drinks X 7 stops? So, less than $100 per couple????
Use Jamaican or US $??

That sounds about right....we used American, but be sure to take small bills....sometimes getting change takes awhile. The Pub Crawl was one of the best days we had last November.
$100 should be enough. I would use Jamaican currency at the bars, since they might not keep a lot of change on hand. (There will be a lot of other folks on the crawl who only bring American, so I see it as a courtesy to the bar owner.)
You can tip Lenbert either Jamaican or American.
Budget sounds good if you aren't planning on buying any snacks along the way. If a stop at Bella Donna's is on the agenda, she makes a mean pizza and you might want a slice or two :)
Taking JA $$ is just easier all around. Most of the bars are just small out-of-the way places without alot of change on hand.

I agree. Small bills are a must. Doesn't matter jamaican or US dollar.
We went last year and used Jamaican money they seemed to really appreciate it as they have to usually go exchange it later anyway. Do them a courtesy and hit the cambino sometime before you go. It was a blast and if we have time on this short trip I wouldn't mind hitting it up again....this time with the wife! LOL! :)
100.00 should be good...But....Budget for a hundred and take 150.00...You might run in to me! LOL...The two pub crawls I have done didn't quite end when the bus was done...Just Sayin!
Im with muzikdoc. The pubcrawl is usually the pregame.
And don't forget to bring a buck or 2 for candy bars etc :)
Yeah, tipping before the crawl is a good idea. Gary & I forgot at the end .... I can't imagine why ... but Lenbert was sure to remind us. I felt so bad!!!! Didn't want him thinking we were trying to stiff him!!!
