Swim with the Lion Fish.
Eat Subs. I rarely if ever do it at home. However, I do it a few times a visit to Negril
completely relax
Lots of ganja
One more ting, drink Dragon Spitfire.
Listen to Roosters 24 hours a day!
Wear a bathing suit in public. Don't feel judgment about it there,as there is a lot in the U S!
Tune out ~~ no electronic gadgets/gizmos for me :)
Sit on Zion Hill and enjoy the breeze and vibes from the past
Leave the rat race behind......

Stop anywhere along the way and visit someone I never met and relax with them, have a drink, and laugh no matter the time of day.

Walk the beach every day we reach!! Biggest decision - walk left? Walk right? Then walk the other way.
Whatever I want to do.....not HAVE to. and buy minutes for a phone :)

Never wear a watch and never ask what time is it. The other thing is walk as slowly down the lane to take it all in, sometimes I stop and just watch the goats until they give me a go to hell look. At the end of everyday I've spent there I feel well pleased, highly blessed and truly favored just to be alive and well.
Eat lobster almost every day! Only in season of course.
1. Completely relax- no worries.
2. Have rum cream in my coffee everyday.
3. Unplug from all electronics.
4. Not give a darn about time and have a hard time remembering even what day it is.
5. Partake in a couple of subs..

Murph....I had to smile...I go crazy when mi hear the peanut man!!! LOVE IT!!! They are so small but so flavorful! If it ever stopped...I don't know if I could stand being on da cliffs again!! A tradition that I pray never leaves. It just wouldn't be the same. I generally always tip the PM...for I want him to know just how much many of the repeaters love it!
