ATI Weekend Canceled in Negril 2013... no fret, Dream & RTI still on!

For those who may not know... unfortunately ATI will not be kept in Negril this year. Dream Weekend and RTI Weekend events will still be in Negril. \0/

I have no intention on leaving Negril for 'ATI Weekend' ... agree?

Tell me more. where the heck they keeping it?

When is RTI weekend, same dates as ATI?

I don't get how Negril can "cancel" ATI-- it would be like NYC or DC canceling 4th of July. Does that just mean no big sponsored parties? And why?

Negril didn't cancel it, the promoter did. It sounds like Appleton decided to put their money elsewhere.

OK so it a sponsor thing. I imagine Negril will still be having some fun parties round about then. That is too bad for vendors--I am sure big sponsored ATI parties bring in a good influx of spending.

RTI sponsored by Rumfire & Dream Weekend sponsored by Smirnoff (Smirnoff was here last year also) will be hosting the massive Negril party at the beginning of August.

ATI is no longer! This year Appleton will be sponsoring a smaller event in Ocho Rios called SPF (which was also held last year)...these smaller events will be happening around the island at the same period of time as the big Negril events.

There will be no less traffic - the Emancipendence Week party has been called many things over the years, this year it is Dream Weekend and the RTI name is once again back! Hotel rooms will be very hard to come by as always during this time of year!

Not as hard as in the past I found rooms at several hotels still available, so if ya wanna go get booked!
