I agree with Biker Mike: Rudy, Chris and the rest of Alfred's crew. I haven't known her long but we met "Princess" Grace at Tony's Hut last trip and she is a riot. They've got the coldest beer on the beach as well.
Richie is an extremely good mixologist. One likes a bartender for a variety of reasons (they're friendly, loyal, remember your name, have a good sense of humour, enjoy their job, put on a good show) but if you want a well crafted drink....I put my money on Richie.

Omar at Xtabi makes a killer dirty banana, yum!
