Gail, does the cancellation fee apply if there ends up being a slight adjustment to dates? Just thinking about having to work around flights, which may not be finalized until a few months before arrival.

I'm curious if the $299 is per person? And with many Groupons, you contact the provider or resort directly to book AFTER you purchase the Groupon, then you're eligible for a refund if none of your dates work. Is this the case here as well?

Per room for $299 includes breakfast and transfers- check your dates first we are not that rigid on the dates. Refund only issued by Groupon

not sure I understand the "not rigid on date " comment Gail ? we need to purchase according to date we will be there or are u saying we can purchase the $299 date and u r honoring it any date except black out days

I think she is saying that if you happen to hit one of the blackout dates and they have avaibility, such as you have dates and maby the last day you want is a blackout day if they happen to have rooms she will take it. Or if you want dates a couple of days after it expires in April and they have avaibility. But not if you buy the $299 4 night deal that ends Dec 19 and know you are staying in January when the deal for those dates are 4 nights for $489.00.

I just bought 2 and made reservations, both Gail and her reservationist are sweethearts and easy to work with.
