I entered a contest to win 2 tickets to the Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival in NYC this weekend (Freddie McGregor, Assassin and Serani are playing) they were asking to show your favorite jerk or jerk restaurant. Red Dragon jerk pork won me the contest! Woo hoo! First time I ever won anything, I think. Thanks to the guys at Red Dragon who know how to do things right. They should be competing! I am gonna be eating jerk everything all day on Sunday:)

nice Bnewb--we will see if anyone at the cook off on Sunday can even hold a candle to Red Dragon deliciousness! I hear Boston Bay is going to be representing:) I am eating light getting ready for some marathon jerk eating.

Bnewb - the driver we had last week told us the BEST place to go (and the only place he goes) for jerk pork is Red Dragon! We may have to check it out next year!
Jerk pork is my favorite. Hands down.

I remember Red Dragon. Spicy as heck but SO good .... I met a bearded, old man there who went to great lengths to make sure my daughter's hands were clean after playing with a dog that likes to hang out in front. What a nice man.
