Hi there, not sure if they what your after but pretty good thread already going on a similar stamp - none seem to have air con but pretty decent price wise for little less than your budget - if you could somehow factor in AC for the extra $$
oh I would have to have ac, but am willing to dicker on the price some just need to have something within my budget, you know? I have a few possibles, but don't want to commit to anything until I can see it first if at all possible.
sure you'll find something - there seem to be some excellent deals out there. lol Air fare is a different matter tho ....flight prices seem astronomical

That is why I really have to find a place within my budget as far as rooms go, the price for plane fare is really out there..I can't find anything less than $650 for two connection flights and $720 for one connection flights round trip...it's outrageous! And that is all search engines it's about the same give or take ten bucks, so it's going to cost me an arm and a leg to get there!
what about catcha gardens? 49 a night and includes breakfast and they now have a pool.
That's a bit too high I'm trying to find a monthly rate and I don't think they have air conditioning, but the location is great and they do have a nice looking pool.
Some of Catchas have air conditioning....I would call or email them for a monthly quote

if mi was to go for a month....Croton Grove probably be the ticket....inexpensive and comfortable.....
a lot of regulars stay there too....... so that is always a good sign.........
think you'd be very happy there if your expectations aren't super high
if you search around the Web you'll find some pictures of the place.......
the place is constructed well with nice verandas.......mostly concrete construction.....
very well maintained property to say the least.....yard is spotless.....you'll be living real world Jamaica der
oh.........November in Negril is one of the best months of da year in Negril........
great weather and not high season......things not expensive.....tuff to beat
make sure you go up and hang with Bentley of Bentley Crab House fame...another great guy
between Everton and Bentley you won't need from nuthin.....trust mi

Thanks Marko, I appreciate it a lot. I will have to wait until the 1st..(that's if the gov gets it's act together!) to put on my cricket to make a call to Mr. Everton Brown, since the emails have been returned. This sounds like it would be perfect for me! :)
And Bentley's is a 'must do' on my list too..heard so many good things just have to try it out.
You can also try Mirage cottages, they offer one and two bedroom cottage with kitchenette, full bathroom , air conditioning, beautiful property and their rates are within budget US$450 - 500 monthly. Feel free to contact the manager at mirage02@cwjamaica.com.

The Mirage cottages are across the street from the Mirage Resort that's located on the seaside.
Do you know if they let you use the pool at Mirage?
