Sure we're at the beach in Negril and all things are chill and reggae, but what about some sports with the sound down at a bar?
Any places come to mind, fans?

GFK: I have searched the threads for similar posts, as I hope to catch most of the UGA v. LSU game on Sept 28. Most of the persons who have responded mention Margaritaville....so I guess if all else fails, you could go there. Some have mentioned Seastar. I am hoping to find the game on at the beach bar at Rondel (that is where we are staying), or maybe one of the places nearby. I haven't been to Negril in over ten years, so I don't know which bars have TVs. I did watch the Falcons beat the Vikings in the NFC Championship in the late 90s at BarBBarn beach bar. I have seen pics of their bar recently, and it appears to be about like it used to. So, that would be a good spot.
I guess anyplace that has satellite TV at the bar would have the ability to show the major networks from the US (CBS, FOX, ESPN, etc.). If I remember, I will let you know what I discover in late September!

great host with great deals at game time. Multiple TV's as well.....
Rondel will get the game for you, as long as it is on CBS, ABC, ESPN, etc. I have watched several games there, while enjoying there great pizza and Red Stripe!
Thanks Booger! Can't wait to watch the Eagles beat the Denver Broncos on the 28th while sipping at Seastar!!!!
Has anyone been to Boardwalk Village for NFL games? I see the sign on the road that says they have games there but we have yet to try it out. We have watched a few games at Margaritaville and they usually get a pretty decent crowd there.
Thank you all. See you at the beach.
A lot of people here disagree about a lot of things. However, there is one thing, not many will disagree on. SeaStar is the best place for sports.
They have Sunday Ticket, NHL Center Ice, UFC PPV etc.
And if you're like me and like to LISTEN to the game, as well as watch it - Seastar does that. At least for the premier game of the time slot.
Of course the sound goes off when the Saturday Party starts, but its great for the early West Coast games, and the rest during the afternoon.
Another category Seastar is #1 in :)
Seastar for sure, Boardwalk would be good too, if your down that end of the beach.
Margaritaville!!!!!! Best place on the beach for watching the games!! Plenty of tvs and the best onion rings on the planet!! Plus you are right on the beautiful white sand and the Caribbean sea!!
Margaritaville has GREAT beer specials all the time and wonderful food!! Also all the sports action on several tvs. Where else can you get that only steps from the Caribbean sea?? Cheeseburgers in paradise and the NFL too!! Take in the sunset at Margaritaville and just chill.
And.....Roll Tide Roll!!!!!
Hey Booger,
After last nights game, I don't think I want to watch Denver vs Eagles!!! lol! But if they are going to lose, there is no better place to watch than Negril!!!
Yeah. I was down in Negril for 2 separate NFL weekends. The Eagles lost both. I handled it with class and dignity and lots of rum.
