What time is lunch ready at the Red Dragon?
Thanks for sharing the photos of Red Dragon which is on our to do list this year. What is the best time to get there? Noon-ish?
Pork typically is ready around 12:30 or so and when it's gone, it's gone. We usually arrive in the early afternoon and continue our journey down to the Canoe bar afterwards.

That looked like a good amt of jerk pork, what do they charge, weather? That's one place I have screwed up getting t both of the last two years... Last year, I literally forgot about it til the day they were closed, and we were leaving the next day.
What days are they closed?
If I remember correctly....jerk pork is 700j for a pound...you can get a 1/2 pound size also.
Red Dragon is open every day...Sunday is the only day they DO NOT serve their jerk pork.
