I have not jumped since 91, I am ok with that, both my boys love to jump though!
rjonson,,,,As a diver,do you think it's actually easier to do a dive then to just jump feet first? It's seems when I jump my body wants to flip forward,I thought of jumping at an angle with my head above the toes? Is trying to keep still harder than moving the body while in the air? Signed the Swamie Wannabe....
For me diving is much easier. You don't have to worry about flailing your arms. The one caveat is that while the "Superman" photos look great, if I go in the water at that angle I will be hurting for a long time. At some point during the dive you have to put your head down and hands clenched abvue your head to break the water. I have been cliff diving since my teenage years.
Every year my wife tells me this is the last year. I only do one or two a day.

You are one very brave man. I did it when I was young but would never attempt it today.
rjonson I love it, I'm 52 and still dive off cliffs. Last year at Catcha my wife cussed me out for diving off the cliffs, all it did was make me get out and dive again.
Fred all I can do is jump feet first into dive bars, AND I get yelled out for doing that as well!
Mikey my brain looks and feels like your bruise after the dive bar!
