Come and enjoy a most relaxing session of gentle stretching and breathing upon the Paddleboards!! We dock the boards close to the shore and our Certified Yoga Jessica takes you on a journey you'll never forget. You don't need any SUP (Stand up Paddleboard) or Yoga experience,just come and enjoy. Gail this looks like fun! My wife is a Yoga instructor and loves this idea. We will be in Negril nest September, we will have to come by and see when your classes are being offered.

If you're in Negril tomorrow we will be back on the boards,with our relaxing SUP(Stand up Paddleboard)Yoga! Although there is not much standing you will get a nice gentle stretch while connecting to the sea...deep breath deep breath.
