How do you think the condo's upstairs will fair? Are there still some stores under them that are still doing business?

There is currently complete refurbishing taking place to the condos upstairs. Wiring, structural repairs, new push button entrance intercoms for each condo, new outdoor gazebo for sunset- it is really going to be a new experience! Flow was there enmass installing new cable and internet
At the back end of the parking lot a new kiddie park has been built with rides and ice cream, a child's delight!
There is also major structural repairs being done where the stores are located.
It seems that major plans are underway, like a comeback for the Sunshine Village Plaza!

Hope they replace the roof. It has looked pretty sketchy for years! Any word on what's going into the supermarket space?

Major renovations are being made, welders, roofers, carpenters, you name it! No idea what is going to happen to all the empty stores, but something major is going on!

Curious if anyone knows if this new location is the same size as the one in MBJ (that's normally the one we hit up before heading to Negril.)

Rob and I were trying to figure this one out & we both think it'll be comparable in size to the MoBay Hi Lo in the Fairview Shopping Centre.
