I booked mine through BayWest (see attached article). They’re based in MoBay but are coming to my hotel tomorrow to do the test. Cost is $75 usd but it has to be booked and paid for in advance. https://www.travelweek.ca/news/jamai...for-canadians/

The doctors office in the Boardwalk Plaza does PCR testing. The plaza is just across from The Tree House if you're walking the beach, just passed Vinie's if driving. (876)618-2929. Call first but they can probably take you right away.

That is Omega Medical Center located in the back of the Value Master Plaza, but they will direct you to the one on the beach road...
