We’re starting our April plan.
While we’ve never heard of it before but the Zimballi retreat sounds interesting.
Has anyone been to the their Culinary Retreat?
How was the experience?
Most importantly: how was the food?

I highly recommend Zimbali. We visited for first time last year and are already booked for dinner next month. It’s a cooking demonstration not a cooking class. You watch them prepare the dishes in an open kitchen. The evening starts with a property/farm tour, wear comfy sneakers as it is up and down a couple of steep hills. The food was all very good. The meal also comes with a bottle of wine for each couple. They provide transportation for $20 pp.
Four of us spent a great evening there a few years ago.
Welcoming and relaxed. Gorgeous setting. Good food and music. Highly recommend
It's a wonderful place with beautiful mountains surrounding you. We actually stayed there a few years back for 4 nights. Mark and Alicia are great hosts and the food is so fresh!
Looks very nice! We are going to try and make it there on our next trip. :eagerness:
Great pics - thanks!
