It's more the embarrassment... especially for that poor couple in the picture! They are NOT suspects, just inopportune photo usage.
Thank you Rob for changing the title of the thread, I could not after the fact (or could at least not figure out how to do so).
Was eating lunch listening to Power FM and they talked about it. They were amazed how the criminals were able to get the lights, which as you can tell in the photo are not at ground level.
