Breakfast - Johnny cakes at Catcha
Quick snack - Jerk Chicken (street barrel or Best in the West) and a beer
Lunch - Hands down Jerk Pork and an icy Red Stripe at the Red Dragon
Dinner, it's a toss up between the Coconut Snapper at Charella, the Oxtail at Sweet Spice, Lobster at 3 Dives, Curry Chicken at Sweet Spice..... I can go on forever
Dru's patties are lovingly made and tasty.
Best lobster I ever had was at the Lodge at Tensing Pen - melt in your mouth!

This trip the winner was Murphy’s for grilled lobster and lobster pasta!! It was our first time to visit and it won’t be our last. Honorable mention goes to the amazing Valentines dinner in the birds nest at Ivan’s.
I forgot to include the fish n chips at Alfred's. Delicious!

Most anywhere for oxtail stew.
Sweet potato pudding or cornmeal pudding (both are cakes) & a fish sandwich on cocoa bread from my beach vendor near Wavz.
Border Jerk...for jerk pork & breadfruit.
I miss red bean & pigtail soup from Cosmos.
I always recommend visitors trying the seasonal fruits...
