Looking for Tower Isle/Ochi Condo with 3 beds

Thinking of hitting the Tower Isle/Ochi area in late June. I stayed at Whispering Seas before and loved it but the rates there have gone up quite a bit. I'm trying to find something on the ocean or with an ocean view and short walk to the beach. Also would prefer to have a/c, a kitchen, and a pool. Looking for a one or two bedroom condo set up with three beds for under $190 US/night. Whispering Seas was in that budget range a year ago but has since gone up to over $240/night. Any recommendations would be appreciated. So far I'm looking at Chrisanns Beach Resort, Royal Tower Suites, GC Resort, and Tranquility Cove. If anyone has stayed at any I would appreciate hearing your experience.
