Doctors Test Centers - Ohare - Covid Test?

We are scheduled to fly out of Chicago Ohare Sunday, November 28th. Since a covid test is required 72 hours prior to departure we lose 24 hours due to Thanksgiving. In checking with local physicians, clinics, health departments and drug stores there is either no testing available on Friday/Saturday or no company will guaranty results - of even the rapid antigen test.

So I found a testing center at Ohare operated by Doctors Test Center. I can get appointments for Saturday with guaranteed results. I called the company and they are CLIA certified. $120 each.

Just wondering if anyone has used this service to fly into Jamaica? Any issues or concerns?
