Cold Water shower, BRrrrrr

A few years ago I stayed with a Local family just outside of Negril.
It was marvelous.

The only problem was that there was no hot water.
Cold water, not as cold as here (for some reason)
but, still shocking on my skin.

One of my roommates would boil a big pot of water,
mix it in a large plastic laundry type bucket.

After lathering up with soap and shampoo,
I would dip a smaller bucket in the big mix bucket
and douse myself like a shower.
It worked out great.

But, at nights when the house was hot
(seems like the heat/sun gets soaked in the walls/blocks and comes out at night)
I would endure the cold water and enjoy a cool sleep.

I plan to do the same thing this coming March.
