Discover Card at ATM

Has anyone ever used a Discover check card/debit card at an ATM in Negril? It appears that Discover doesn't charge any fees for International use at ATMs. But I am wondering if Discover debit cards work at all ATMs or if it's like using Discover credit cards in the US, which are only accepted at certain places that take them?

Or if you haven't used a Discover card at an ATM in Jamaica, do you know if any of the following logos are on the Scotia Bank ATMs or other bank ATMs there?
- Moneypass
- All Point
- Discover
- Diner's Club
- Pulse

None of those were listed at the Atm here.
You need a Interac logo or Plus logo or Cirrus logo.
