Hi Lo has a good selection, we bought 6 bottles of red our last trip.

MegaMart in MoBay has the best selection (and maybe the best pricing) but plenty of good wine available at Hi Lo or ValueMaster in Negril
Definitely MegaMart in Mo Bay.
