Found this as a Rental, anyone know info on the development? Can't find much.

it's situated at the beginning of negril. . . . have to cab it in to any music venues if that's your thing!!

Built on and around "little bloody bay" which at the time was posted as a Fish Sanctuary. So I'm sure they're not allowed to swim there....tongue in cheek.
