Discount cards

Does anyone know if a discount card is available for use at select restaurants and businesses (15% off) and if so, where can this card be obtained? I plan on being there for the month of Jan. but not AI.

The only one I know of is through Negril Onestop, but I am pretty sure you have to get your hotel through them, and then you will get a 15% off card for many restaurants in Negril.
