Cell Phone Rental Info

Hey Friends:

I need info on where I can rent a JA cell phone in Negril. Had a connection West End but they close down.
I am sure Digicell in town but any other suggestions and estimated going rate for a month?
I think a JA Sim Card should run about $15US.

I'm pleased to say that you can purchase a brand new Samsung phone for $1,850J (+ gct). The phone is pretty basic but includes text, FM radio and MP3 player. I'm very happy with it.

The GSM card, if you don't have one already, is $500J extra.

You may have already seen that post from Tom. At that price, not sure a rental is worth the trouble. If there are significantly more inexpensive options, I would be interested to hear about them as well.
