it when you run the Reggae Marathon. Will be doing a 1/2 marathon and wonder if you need a light until the sun comes up.

The start is lined with torches and you will be running with hundreds of people. I have done the Reggae Marathon twice and never had a problem seeing where I'm going. It is an awesome event, have a great time.

Thanks for the replies. Yes I will be running alone, but have trained in Negril many times usually around 6.30 am and am always motivated by everyone going to work and cheering me on. Can't wait to run the Reggae Marathon (1/2).
