Hi, Mr. Twister - thank you for posting but this is not our recipe. We do not use the dry jerk. The following is Aqua's recipe:

    3 cans of peanuts
    1 1/4 tbs. butter
1 1/2 tbs jerk seasoning (preferably Walkerswood in the bottle)
zest of 1/2 lime or zest of 1/4 orange OR 3 dashes of Orange Bitters ( we started doing the latter after and think it is an improvement.)

Melt butter and mix all ingredients. Add to peanuts on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove and place on wax paper to cool.

    Hope you enjoy it!

Thank you. I thought I was told Walkerswood in a jar. Now I know I wasn't just drunk.

Looks like we have two recipes now!

Aqua.....I got this recipe from food.com and whomever posted it says its your recipe. I think they might want to retract that statement. Not sure if it concerns you or not.

Mr. Twister, Thank you so much for alerting me to this! I have written to them. Of course, some may prefer it done the other way but that isn't our recipe. Let's see if it gets corrected. Thanks again!

I'm a little surprised they referenced it as your recipe when it isn't. Maybe post your recipe on the website as "Aqua's Jerk Peanuts"?
