It was the best place on the Westend in my opinion.
The way it was laid out was cool as could be.
Lots of open area once you passed the Thatch roof bar in front.
decent parking area and that little house in back.
That's where I met Trevor.
He was back there slicing and dicing.
Eddie was up front grillin and bartending.
"Dad, you know I love Lobster, where can we go?
My daughters first trip to Jamaica.
Hmmm, I had not been before, but I went on a Recon mission to check it out
this place I heard about on Negril.com called Eddies De Bar.
I did a quick stop, just to look around and find the place one night.
Loads of Folks were there, so I kept going, but remembered how to find it
the next day.
Next day I pulled up with my daughter and a couple of her friends.
There were 4 of them this trip.
Eddie set it out proper.
I was chillin at the bar, my daughter and her friends had one of the "picnic" type tables.
Eventually I made my way over to the table.
Eddie, working on the grill. At least 6 Lobsters going full tilt.
Then Trevor brought veggies on a plate for everyone.
Then Eddie took the lobsters off the grill
and presented them to us.
I was digging in to the lobster so fast, I was half way through before I
noticed the bowl of butter sauce Eddie had put down for the Lobster.
Another person had the chicken, it looked and smelled so good,
I made a promise to myself to return the next day.
At night the place had these colorful Christmas lights placed here and there.
It was the best.
So, Adios, Au Revoir and Sayonara and Goodbye.
