Lots of places, Kuyaba for sure, but I have seen it in many menu's.

Sasmith...there's pepper shrimp on many menus here...but if you're looking for authentic Jamaican pepper shrimp similar to Middle Quarters...it's a bit of a hit or miss...you almost have to ask to see the shrimp dish before you order.
If you see a gentleman walking along the beach selling pepper shrimp...don't hesitate to stop him and buy a few bags...authenticand delicious!
Believe it or not, the Pepper Shrimp at Pushcart is pretty close to authentic.
WE always stop at Firefly for their pepper shrimp appetizer.
When you are leaving the Airport,
and you see the "street" Vendors selling the Peppa Shrimp,
They look so bright RED, They scare me.
Oh man, the HEAT!!!
Seems what they call pepper shrimp is really peppered crayfish from what I've seen there... not a lot of meat once your done getting to it.
