Seastar Inn Question

I am starting to look at flights and a place or two to stay and when I clicked on SeaStar Inn Web Site I got a "Coming Soon" message but do see the rooms on Trip Advisor for booking. I guess my questions are; (1) Do they not book through the Web Site anymore or do they just use Booking Agents? (2) Is there a new Web Site coming? and (3) Can someone remind me of the room numbers for the bottom floor of the building to the left of the office (in order of closeness to office please). Thank you.
