Suggestions for 30 day stay

I have my ticket booked for Jan. 10th - Feb. 8th. Can anyone give me any information on something in the West end, kitchenette, A/C, nothing fancy. Maybe a seaview or close to it, and budget friendly.

Not sure what he will charge in high season but he is budget friendly........

Best deal on the cliffs. Primrose Inn on Breadnut Lane. Perfect for the solo budget traveler. Stayed there 3 times. Martin and Gosnel are the best. No AC though.You can find the tel.# on line.

Is A/C a MUST? There are lots of places to stay long term but most do not have A/C.

So glad you posted - I knew the boardies would help you get some ideas. It should be really nice weather in Jan/Feb so you probably won't need AC - a standing fan should be plenty.
