Reserving my room

Something's I do like clockwork.

Not at the job, not at home.

But, when it comes to my Negril trips
I book early.
I was sitting on the Veranda outside my room,
I had a Calendar with me, soooo,
I decided to look ahead at what U.S. Holidays were coming up for the fall.
Hmmm, Thanksgiving is always a reliable one.
My job gives us that Thursday and Friday off.

So that's 4 straight days there.
then I will take 5 more days the following week.

So, if I take off Wednesday before Thanksgiving I will have a nice looooong stretch of time on the Island.

I walked over to the office and started to talk to the assistant Manager.
"Hey, I want to book my rooms for the fall".
He said
"one moment"
Then he pulled out his cell phone and started playing with it.
Aw man, how rude I thought, you are supposed to be helping me.

10 seconds later he said "what days would you like" still looking at his phone.

Stupid me, The guy had the reservation APP for the hotel on his Cell Phone.

He punched in the days I wanted and it was a done deal.

I learned my lesson to be patient, don't pre-judge, look, listen and learn.
