A Bag for the Family (Thank you Soutwest Airlines)

Well, here I am in Walmart.....Again.

After I get my Negril supplies, I head
    to the Toy Aisle.

I can hear my play-son and daughter now.
    Mark, did you bring toys???

I always do and always will
(If only they would stay small till their Carter's wore out)

So, first afternoon on the Rock, I usually unpack, put things in drawers and
    the safe at my hotel.
Make my connections and back to the room for a wee bit. :-)

Then I will walk out to the road and wave over one of the Taxi dudes that hang around my hotel.
"hey, stop by the shop first to say Yo to Big Momma, then
on to the Yaad to holla at the kids, then on to the Westend for grilled Lobster.
    By then It's around 4 P.M.

The Veranda, my kids sit on the floor and do their homework.
The boy will spot me first.

    Mark!! Mark is here.

My driver just sits and waits.

I'll hug and grab the little boy, throw him up in the air a few times.

"Oh, Lordy, you getting big Man",
    "Look at those muscles!!"
    (he's just 10)

I chat just for a few and tell them I will be back after their school tomorrow.

(I bet the boy can hardly wait for the next day.

So, 2nd day, around the time school lets out, I head back over to the Yaad and get dropped off.
By then I have topped off my Digi Cell and tell the driver.
    "I'll call you later"
I love to see the boy, rounding the corner with a School bag almost as big as he is.
The kids of course have on Uniforms, the boy's cool brown uniform and the girl's blue uniform.

One time I hid the presents.
Then the boy comes right up to me, with those big brown eyes,
Looking, hoping, wanting.......Looks like he will bust. :-)

"Man, what you want I say!!!

    He will charge me,
I hit him in the side, on the back, on the top of his head.
    "Get off me Mon,
But, by then he's somehow climbed all the way up on my back!!
Just giggling and laughing his little butt off.
The girl just shakes her head'
Get off Mark, Momma says. He came here to relax"

But they all know the routine.

Then I'll put him down, get back in my seat and stare off into space.
The boy waits, staring at me, longer....longer..........

I try to keep stone face, but.....

I just start to smile a little and he starts to inch closer,
A poke in the side....... closer he comes......, I grab his arm,
"Man, you want a WWF suplex, figure 4 leg lock!!!"
    He's laughing real hard now.

Wrestling is one of our favorite activities.
Once we were in Big Moma's bedroom and used her bed as a wrestling ring, spring board.
( Untill Big Moma caught us.)

    Eventually, I say

"Hey Mon, go get that Black bag with"..........He's off like Usain Bolt!!

Smiling from ear to ear he brings it over and
Big Momma, who now has another little girl, takes a seat too.

Toys, Cooking knives, those Stove click starters, school supplies,
clothes for the girl, hair conditioner, shampoo and washcloths, bar soap, etc. etc.

    Thank you Southwest Airlines,
    where 2 bags fly free!!

To quote Erich Fromm "Not he who has much is rich, but he who gives much".

You appear to be a rich man to me Markospoon.
