Aqueducts Negril

Has anyone checked out the new Aqueducts Condos? I’m considering visiting while we are there. I don’t know how well they would do for short term (vacation) rentals.

Checked them out last week. No rentals right now. 1 bedrooms are going for around $200,000 and 2 and 3 bedrooms are around 3 and 4. Very nice.

went to visit. look very nice. would like to have one for my few weeks a year in Negril but not comfortable that rentals would be very attractive with the walk to the beach

Went up the hill to look at them today and didn’t even go in. If I was a permanent resident it might be fine. Everything looks nice and new but there is no rental history and I don’t think vacationers will like the location. They badly need to repave the road.
