Plenty of times we arrived at dinner with wet feet, because we had to walk past Lazy Days when the water was up to the bulkhead.

Yeah. The bay block street in NJ that I grew up on floods when rain coincides with a full moon. Used to only flood during severe storms.

Both examples are anecdotal.
