He works on the beach each day. What things can we get in the US, that is hard to get in Jamaica or special to Jamaicans? Not big into sports or cars. Works hard and into family.
Every Jamaican I meet in Negril is having a birthday soon. Funny how that works...
I would buy him something small that represents you and/or where you're from...and...quite frankly, most people just want to pay their bills, so cash is always a big hit...or give him enough money to take a day off and take him out somewhere he might enjoy...
I live in Florida and thought I would take some local Tupelo honey and maybe some jarred jellies. I appreciate the suggestions. If anyone has any other ideas, I would appreciate it.
I would rethink the honey, it is illegal to bring it to the island.
