"We are pleased to update that Government of Jamaica and various airlines are now in discussions for regular commercial flights to resume in June for returning Jamaicans,” Marks said.
She has advised persons with a valid ticket to travel to Jamaica in June, to “keep that booking”.
“If you do not yet have a ticket, you may await the flight schedules so you can pick a convenient travel date accordingly,” Marks added.

In addition, Delta will operate flights from Kingston to Atlanta on Mondays and Thursdays starting June 8; Air Canada will operate flights from Kingston to Toronto on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting June 2 and; British Airways will operate a special flight from Kingston to London on Wednesday, June 3, the embassy stated.

Again...the US Embassy Jamaica has removed the Twitter posts in regards to these flights.
Obviously, the article is late to the punch!
The new wording the US Embassy Jamaica is using on Twitter from 20 minutes ago (so far)...
"For future updates on flights to the United States, we encourage American Citizens to contact their respective airlines directly."
JAMAICANS IN the United States have been told to start packing their bags as commercial flights are set to resume to their homeland in a matter of days as the Government moves to relax border restrictions implemented to stem the spread of the coronavirus.
Jamaican Ambassador to the United States, Audrey Marks, made the disclosure as the Dr Nigel Clarke-chaired COVID-19 Economic Recovery Taskforce has recommended that the Government relax recently implemented border closure measures to kick-start the process of improving the country’s finances.
“This includes the phased opening of international airports, first to Jamaicans who wish to return, and then to others under ‘new normal’ procedures at all times consistent with public health guidance,” the task force stated in an update on its deliberations.
