    Does health insurance purshased in Canada cover covid in Jamaica?

    I would guess not, but this isn't a general question, it's completely specific to the policy. If the language of the policy is not crystal clear, you need to get a confirmation from the insurance company that is issuing it. I am not saying this to be rude, but there are a lot of questions where people's opinions or even prior experience are not relevant. If you end up needing coverage that your policy does not provide, saying that people online said it would isn't going to help you.

    It seems to be available for US citizens. I looked for Canada and couldn't find any offhand. Maybe more searching would uncover something.

    Health Canada have issued a travel advisory to "avoid all non essential travel" They also say "If you decide to travel your insurance co. may not cover the cost of getting covid 19."

    I would say, try Blue Cross...I believe they have travel insurance that covers Covid.
