    Trip report

Having a blast here at couples swept away! We did our own little pub crawl today. Man was it hot! We stopped at footprints, firefly, yellow bird, and kuyaba. Glad to see buddy and Charlie were still there. I have never seen 7 mile beach so deserted. It was Erie. Tony's hut, grand pineapple, sun beach...all closed and deserted looking. We were going to walk back but with the heat and me being 60 now we took a taxi back to crawl from kuyaba. We are here until next Tuesday and getting a lot of relaxing time 😊😁

We weren't / aren't kidding...this is devasting for the businesses here...no subsidies from the govt in Jamaica & why we are trying/hoping to keep the small businesses surviving in Negril!
    Thanks for coming down, Jaherring...
Happy 60th & continue to Enjoy!

Looks like an all day rain today. A system has formed near Jamaica and is covering us with liquid sunshine . Might be a good day to just hang out at the swim up bar and enjoy a few red stripes. We are doing the sunset cruise tomorrow afternoon and maybe this little storm will head on towards the gulf.

We saw no activity at rooms when we walked by. Very deserted looking. The entire beach was nearly deserted. The bartender at yellow bird told us the only person staying there was the owner.
