Current Requirements???
We are leaving for Jamaica this coming Monday. To the best of my knowledge is that we are required to have a negative covid test less than 72 hours old and we need to get approval with a travel authorization form.
Is this still correct? Please let me know if there is something I am forgetting.

Re: Current Requirements???
From Visit Jamaica....
Pre-Departure & Arrival
Along with an approved Travel Authorization form prior to boarding a flight to Jamaica, ALL travelers ages 12 and up regardless of nationality, are required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 molecular (PCR, NAA, RNA) or Antigen test performed by an accredited lab for which the sample was collected within 3 days of the travel date. Know that we are well-equipped to accommodate on-island testing prior to your return flight, as well.
***Effective November 18, 2021, fully vaccinated travelers staying outside the resilient corridors who have a negative PCR test taken within 3 days of departure to Jamaica will not be required to quarantine on arrival. Please note this new wording seems as though it does NOT apply to category 2 visitors/tourists and ONLY applies to Cat 1 and Cat 4 travelers.
Travel Authorization applications must be submitted within seven (7) days of the intended travel date.

Re: Current Requirements???
There's a web app called Verifly (used by american airlines, and others) that'll let you store your lab results and list all the things required to fly to jamaica!

Re: Current Requirements???
In retrospect to the worries we had before our recent trip...
It was actually quite easy.
Docs&Travel Authorization + antigen test results (US)
Ecopy+paper copy + upload to airline. (Upload everything you can)
but
Never had to show anything but passports.. already had boarding pass on app.
Arrival =
Arrived and out airport in 25 minutes. It was a light day but full flight...
No worries
Have a great trip
