    Go for the Appleton 12 year it’s awesome mix only with a likkle ice Here in the states with tax it’s about 50 u.s. Its about the same in negril I found , well worth it.

    I agree with striper. I think Kingston 62 is the new name for what was Appleton Special (ok for mixing). Blackwell is a single pot still and to me it is an acquired taste.

    Kingston 62 is the new name for the old Appleton Special (same great taste, new annoying label) and best for mixing with just about anything.

    Be careful when purchasing the higher end Appleton, the bottles are deceptively similar, be sure to READ the label. Prices are very different.

    On a side note, for Vodka drinkers give Worthy Estates Rum Bar Vodka a try. Cheaper and smoother than Smirnoff...
