What or where is the procedure for a private driver to pick u up at the airport ?
After you exit customs you enter the transportation area. You exit to the right from there to the pick up area. If you have arranged a driver they should be waiting there with a sign. Unless they know you by sight. Otherwise there are plenty of drivers available.
