I just finished reading: The Sand Pig and the Slippery-headed Fish: How One Woman's Vacation Romance Became Her Affair To Remember. It was a slow start but an interesting read. It's about a Canadian who visited Negril and fell in love. Returned to build a life. My next book to read is 38 Years a Fugitive. It's also based in Negril.

'38 Years a Fugitive' looks like an interesting book. Peeked at it a few weeks ago. Hoping to pick it back up while on a beach. Great quote in the Forward: "I wasn’t stupid; I just did stupid things."

Contrary to the movie, the Bond novel “The Man With The Golden Gun” takes place mostly in Negril and not in the Far East.

I love to read books about Jamaica while lying on the beach. Walk Good, Rasta Heart, Queen Nanny of the Maroons, Sam Sharp, A Brief History of Seven Killings, No Woman No Cry.......and so many more I can't remember this early in the morning
