    Cambio exchange rate

If any of you pass a cambio today please could you note the currency exchange rate for

Sterling pounds to American dollars and
    Sterling pounds to Jamaican dollars

When I went to change some money yesterday even though I usually wait until I get to Jamaica the travel agent said the pound had dropped very low and was only giving 100 ja to the pound.

That is VERY bad news for me as that means I will get similar value to the pound but everything costs a lot more in Jamiaca , food items.

I checked the online Xe currency converter and the rates there still seem to be good.

So if any of you happen to come across the rates today please ease my mind

I ONCE changed money here to Jamaican and the rate was a LOT less than I got in Jamaica - NEVER again! Now I always take J$ home so that I will have some on my next trip.
