Hi Everyone. I been out of touch for far to many moons. I've had a serious problem with lack of anything Jamaican. That being said, the easiest way to fix it is, in no particular order is beer, reggae, food, beer. Two of these are curable, but trying to find a good recipe for Rasta Pasta is like trying to find warm weather in Minnesota in January. If our members would be so kind as to post a couple of their favorites, my taste buds and anyone lucky enough to join me would be forever grateful. Thanks, Jon aka limeex2

I'm not helping you much with a recipe...but I became curious where the recipe originated as I've seen many variations of this dish at varying restaurants.
