    Basketball courts?

    Hello all,

Does anyone know of any basketball courts along the beach road in Negril?
Or if any of the all inclusives offer gym day pass that might also have basketball courts?
    Any insight is most appreciated!

A few of the AI's have basketball courts...Beaches, Riu, Couples Swept Away Sports Complex.
There's a local area that's used for basketball once in awhile...located near the Negril Craft Market just before the round about to downtown Negril.

Helpful hint: Stop by in the morning or early evening. A few years ago, I convinced a Jamaican friend to play hoops with a small group of us in the mid afternoon. He tried to warn me and I learned the hard way that the average non-Jamaican can only last about 15 minutes in the afternoon sun, regardless of conditioning.

Drove by the courts before the Craft Market yesterday afternoon.
Backboards and hoops are still up, couldn’t get a good look at the court surface due to rain. Will try again today.
