We really enjoy Ciao Jamaica and LTU Pub.
We enjoyed "The Lodge" at Tensing Pen more than once.

I had always thought non-guests couldn't dine at Tensing Pen
No, you can eat there as a non guest just like Ivans and Rockhouse. I have a couple of times and put it on the same level as those two.
