Country Country....same place you can get an early coffee too. I usually walked there and enjoyed my coffee while waiting for the staff to finish setting up the tables. My pancakes were ready soon after. This all depends on where you are staying on the beach and how far you want to walk before breakfast...I like Country Country because its close to the area of the beach where I usually stay.

Montana's has great Banana and Pineapple pancakes which happen to be super inexpensive! across road from beach (straight across from Fun Holiday I believe).

I agree with Cafe Goa and Country Country. I am not even a fan of pancakes at home but always order them at both places in Negril!
